If joining our community of learners at Great Northern University is the right next step for you, we would like to make the transition as easy as possible. We are glad to offer you:

A fast-tracked application and admissions process

As always, our application is free. For you specifically, we have shortened our application process down to the following:

      1. Provide your personal information
      2. A written statement of Christian faith
      3. Agreement with, and affirmation of, our Statement of Belief
      4. Unofficial transcript from Concordia and any other colleges attended

The final step in the application process is a personal interview via phone call or in person. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you and therefore better fit you into our school. In addition, this gives you the chance to speak with one of our faculty members and ask questions about Great Northern University. Once you complete your application and interview, we guarantee a response from our admissions team within one week.

Flexible curriculum with open electives

Our curriculum is flexible with up to 24 credits of open electives regardless of major. We designed it this way to help transfer students retain credits and reduce their overall tuition costs when  they transfer to Great Northern University.

As a part of the process, we will provide a preliminary overview of your remaining classes. Historically, we have accepted up to 90 credits from transfer students.

We hope you will take a few more moments to look at our programs and our student life. We would love to help you complete this part of your educational journey. If we can be of assistance to you or answer any of your questions, please contact our Admissions Department:
